35+ clinical guides — born from a single ABG Mastery Guide on May 22, 2025, and grown into the foundation of ENKI Clinical.
On May 22, 2025, the first guide was published — the ABG Mastery Guide, created in collaboration with Sophia (ChatGPT-4o). That single guide grew into a series of 35+ clinical references spanning anesthesia and critical care.
From October 13 to December 5, 2025, the official Telegram channel ran its daily pearl series — 100 clinical pearls over 53 days, covering 30+ topics. That effort didn't stop — it evolved into ENKI Clinical, a full clinical decision-support platform built to reduce cognitive load in ICU and anesthesia practice.
These guides remain free, always — because the mission began with teaching, and teaching never ends.
Seven specialized ICU & Anesthesia PWAs — born from this series.
